You can subscribe to our Google Calendar to add our calendar to yours. Once you subscribe, you don’t have to think about it – any new events will automatically update in your calendar.

If you use a desktop calendar app, the easiest way is often to download this file and open it on your computer. Click this link to download:  In most cases it will automatically set up the calendar and you’ll be done.

If that doesn’t work for you, here are instructions for how to add the calendar to several calendar programs.  Email us at if you’re having trouble.

Google Calendar:

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. Next to “Other calendars” on the left, click the Down arrow Down Arrow.
  3. Select Add by URL.
  4. Copy and paste this URL into the field provided:
  5. Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”  Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.

Calendar for Mac/iCal:

  1. Choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
  2. Copy and paste this URL into the field:
  3. Click Subscribe.
  4. There are a number of options on the next window.  You can either click “OK” to accept the default options, or make changes.  More information about these options is on Apple’s Support Page.


  1. On the Outlook navigation bar, click the App Launcher, and then click Calendar.
  2. Under the Outlook Calendar navigation bar, click the New down arrow, and click Add calendar.
  3. Click From internet, and in the Link to the calendar box, copy and paste the URL of the calendar:
  4. In the Calendar name box, enter a name for the linked calendar.
  5. Click Save.
