The objectives of the Emigration Oaks Property Owners Association Board are:

• Promote, preserve, and enhance the quality of life within the Emigration Oaks development.
• Safeguard property rights and values.
• Encourage community involvement between neighbors, other associations, and the Emigration Canyon community.
• Enforce the covenants, restrictions, and bylaws to ensure home and property owners have a safe, secure, and beautiful place to call home.
• Maintain good quality roads including snow removal.
• Make new residents feel welcome and help with their transition into the neighborhood.
• Encourage water conservation, traffic safety, fire prevention, and environment protection.
